2.17.22 Upcoming Conference Call with Pension Rights Center

Pension Warriors,

It has been a busy month with all of the good news that we are hearing from the PBGC.  To continue with news regarding the Special Financial Assistance (SFA) Application process, the NUCPP will be sponsoring the 2nd 2022 Monthly Conference call, hosted by our friends from the Missouri Kansas City Committee.

NEW TIME THIS MONTH

Thursday, February 17, 2022 @ 12:00 pm CST; 1:00 PM EST.

CALL IN NUMBER 1-857-357-0254

ACCESS CODE 329694#

This month’s guest speakers will be our friends, Karen Friedman, Executive Director and Norman Stein, Senior Policy Advisor of the Pensions Rights Center.  Karen and Norman will bring us up-to-date on current pension issues.  They have agreed to answer questions concerning the SFA Applications and the process in general. Using the same format as our call last month with the CSPF, we ask that you submit any questions to nucpp2020@gmail.com by Sunday, February 13, 2022.

When asking your questions, we ask that you use the following guidelines:

  1. Please ask your question as directly and as specific to the point as possible, in order to save time and allow more time for others to get their questions asked and answered.

We hope you are able to join us on this informative call. AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN TIME OF THIS MONTH’S CONFERENCE CALL TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SPEAKERS FROM PRC.

As always, we thank you for your support of the NUCPP.  We have been receiving questions concerning 2022 membership dues.  There will be more information concerning that and other issues coming later in February.

Take Care and Stay Safe.
