The NUCPP works to ensure pension funds of hardworking Americans remain solvent and beneficial to all members, retired and active.  NUCPP services are steadfast in the concerted effort to educate, inform and advocate for accountability, reform and restoration of multiemployer pension funds. NUCPP services exist to make a difference and develop new standards to safeguard Central States Pension Funds and all multiemployer pension funds.  NUCPP promotional services promote public awareness of the need to protect and reform pensions to ensure solvency for multiemployer defined pension fund participants.

This is the news we have all been waiting on! Central States has filed their 1,400 page SFA Application with the PBGC!!

To follow the progress of the CSPF Application, as well as other pension funds filing their SFA Applications, click into the NUCPP webpage link which takes you directly to the PBGC webpage.  They typically update their site every Friday.

We will be scheduling a NUCPP-KC Conference call in early May with Mike Mullane from CSPF as our guest speaker.  Mr. Mullane will give us detailed information regarding the filing and the process that is followed prior to funds being approved and received. More information to come when the conference call is scheduled.
