The NUCPP works to ensure pension funds of hardworking Americans remain solvent and beneficial to all members, retired and active.  NUCPP services are steadfast in the concerted effort to educate, inform and advocate for accountability, reform and restoration of multiemployer pension funds. NUCPP services exist to make a difference and develop new standards to safeguard Central States Pension Funds and all multiemployer pension funds.  NUCPP promotional services promote public awareness of the need to protect and reform pensions to ensure solvency for multiemployer defined pension fund participants.

04.21.22 CSPF Conference Call Postponed

Good morning, Pension Warriors!

The NUCPP-KC Conference call on Thursday, April 21st at 2:00 CST-3:00 EST is being POSTPONED AT THIS TIME TO ALLOW CSPF TIME TO FILE THEIR SFA APPLICATION WITH THE PBGC.

This conference call will be rescheduled once CSPF has filed their Application and at that time Mr. Mike Mullane from CSPF will address all of our questions.

Please watch your emails for notice of this important rescheduled conference call which will be held as soon as possible once CSPF has filed their SFA Application.  As we mentioned in the last email, April 1st was the earliest that CSPF could file with the PBGC, and this is just part of the normal process.  There is no need for concern that the Application has not yet been filed.

Again, we will let you know and will reschedule as soon as possible.
